Wealth creation through mobility extends beyond traditional assets like property, diamonds, and art. Time, information, and relationships also play crucial roles in defining wealth. By embracing a "Mobility Mindset," individuals can actively diversify their wealth portfolio and navigate the complexities of the modern world. This entails combining traditional investments with a focus on mobility, including global relocation and digital value transfers. In doing so, individuals not only safeguard their wealth but also unlock new opportunities for growth and value creation.

 

The London property market, despite experiencing a 2.6% annual fall in prices, is predicted to undergo a gradual decline or remain stagnant rather than facing a significant crash. The market has proven its resilience in the past, with prices recovering after the 2008-2009 financial crisis. Factors such as the prolonged low-interest-rate environment, government initiatives like the stamp duty holiday and Help to Buy, and London's status as a global city contribute to its enduring appeal. Although the future of London house prices is uncertain with the withdrawal of these supports, the timeless allure of prime London properties and the potential for bargains in a softening market continue to attract international investors.
