Rafael Barlowe traveled to Monaco to watch French prospect Zaccharie Risacher play against reigning French league champion and EuroLeague team AS Monaco. Risacher is one of the more divisive prospects in the 2024 draft class and has been mentioned as the European prospect by some scouts while others believe he's a late first or early second round pick. Barlowe shares his thoughts after seeing Risacher play live for the 5th time in the last 3 seasons. Barlowe is currently on a European tour evaluating prospects for the next three draft classes.
