This episode was a food nauses wet dream. We got to chat to Rupert Cooper of Philleigh Way Cookery School in Cornwall. Formerly of Nottingham Rugby and Cornish Pirates, Rupert spent a considerable amount of time alongside his career working on his craft, which led him to buying Philleigh Way cookery school where he’s been ever since.
