Neil Manchip, High Performance Director at Golf Ireland, joined Dave and Jonny on the podcast this week to talk through the Player Pathway and how Golf Ireland and he helps players at all ages and levels to pursue their dream of a career in professional golf.

Neil was just back from America where he had spent some time with Shane Lowry in Florida, he even managed to get a round in with Shane and Lee Westwood at Augusta ahead of The Masters in two week's time!
