There is no escaping sin in this life, but Jesus has taken on our guilty verdict so we may live free in this life and for eternity. This past Sunday, Pastor Josh preached a message on Jesus's encounter with the adulterous women in John 8. Through this story we are able to experience His unchanging love for this woman and all of humanity, ultimately displaying the sacrifice He was soon to make on the cross. Whether we find ourselves relating more to the woman caught in sin or the self-righteous Pharisees, God's love is poured out on all of us, as we have all fallen short of His glory.
