This episode was inspired by a YouTuber who made a video on “when you realized he hated you” not only were the comments disturbing but it it also was telling me how there are soooo many emotionally unavailable men. Don’t make the same mistakes we did by excusing certain behaviors and be careful with your heart. I know it hurts when a relationship ends but you are better off then being mistreated. I promise you that you are better off. When someone really cares about you, it doesn’t hurt. 💎

This episode talks about being alone versus being lonely. Often times people are not alone enough and that’s the problem. People don’t know who they are and are always distracted by external things. It’s important to figure out what you need in relationships and friendships and to do that you need some time alone to actually think about it. I hope you don’t feel lonely but I also hope that you grow and become your best self. Stick to your standards and don’t change them. Do what works for YOU.

Today I discuss my comments that respond to my video asking the solution between Black men and women. It’s disappointing but also not surprising. The OG Black men understand that it’s the men who need to change. But the younger generation refuse to believe that. But here is my take on the comments.

This episode talks about a video I saw that spoke on the numbers between black men and women marriages. How many of us still hope and desire we get everything we want with a black man only to see the reality that we are not their “preference”. Although that word is used wrong in most instances you get what I mean right? According to statistics most black men don’t marry anybody let alone black women. How does that make you feel? Do you agree or disagree? Either way I’m here for the women in doing better because we have been abandoned by black men (collectively). They have shown us time and time again that they don’t care nor respect us. But what do we do? Love them anyway? No. You deserve reciprocity and if black men aren’t giving you that don’t limit yourself to other options.

This episode talks about romanticizing and fantasizing about what could be. When you are dating, a lot of women go off potential which essentially is your imagination. I hope that you become more present when you date and look at things for what they are, not what they could be. 💎

This episode just talks about why it may be hard for you to let go of a breakup but it can also be applied to other things. It’s a blessing that you see another day so what you are feeling can’t be that bad right? And also in the grand scheme of things there is a whole planet and this breakup is very very small compared to the world at large. What’s meant to be will be. And if they were meant to be with you then they would. Learn to accept things for what they are and you will be better off. I also share some things that help me get through things and maybe you can try it too. Hopefully you feel better. And true love doesn’t hurt by the way. 🌹

This episode just challenges the beliefs about Christians and why some people have very negative stereotypes of those who practice it. You can believe whatever you want but the truth is only one truth there are not multiple truths at the end of the day. There are however multiple ideas/theories that people have developed and resonated with. I just want to challenge why you think how you do and just be aware that you can’t blame a religion that has people that have their own personalities and character….we all have free will out here.

This episode is about not changing who you are to fit in. As a woman with amazing qualities it’s discouraging when you don’t have the things you see other women have. The women that are more out there seem to reap all the benefits. But at what cost?? It’s not risk losing who you are to fit in or get a man. The right man will give you the desires of your heart but also don’t wait up for that. Be happy with you whether he comes or not. And also treat yourself . Be the best you that you can be. There is more to life than material things. 🌹
