We're back from our short holiday break. We talk movies; Captain Marvel and a Dune reboot. We have Russ follow a flow-chart to find out what type of character he should play in 5th Edition D&D. We run through the winners of the Golden Globes. We talk a little about another Star Wars show Disney is producing for their streaming service. All the usual sidetracks and shenanigans.

This week we do a review of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (Spoilers!). We talk about the trailer for the upcoming movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters. We get into some video game discussion, both old and upcoming games, and the importance of good DLC. We round out the show with a listing of the top 10 DC Comics Supervillains of all time.

This week the guys take on a list of the 10 Greatest Marvel Supervillains of All Time that they found on Newsarama. They talk about the passing of former president George H.W. Bush. They discuss the upcoming Arrowverse Elseworlds crossover event. They also geek out over the new Captain Marvel trailer. All this plus the usual alcohol induced random thoughts they deliver every week.

We welcome Russ back to the basement after his two week hiatus. We catch up on what he was up to, as well as his thoughts on the death of Stan Lee. We cover the asinine comments made by Bill Maher regarding Stan Lee passing and people's reactions. We talk about how it looks like Disney is going to own the box office in 2019 with the huge number of big movies they have coming out next year. We wrap it up discussing a new D&D character class created by a company for marketing.

This week the world lost a legend. The great Stan Lee passed away at the age of 95 this week. We discuss Stan, his life, and his influence on the nerd world. We also talk about movies, Bohemian Rhapsody, and Deadpool 2: Once Upon A Deadpool, among other movies coming out soon. We touch on the lawsuit brought on Netflix by the Satanic Temple.
