Ummi is a Radiotherapist at National hospital Radiotherapy Centre, and a Breast Imaging Specialist (Mammographer).

She is a cancer awareness activist and does a lot of volunteering in order to beat breast cancer.

In March 2023, Halima published her first collection of essays and poems titled Emergence: A Collection of Unsaid Truths. She is an avid 90’s and 00’s rom-com lover. Yes this episode is coming on late because a part of me was (and still is) scared to share. Anyway here goes nothing.

We all have had a heartbreak or more. And in today’s episode I will be sharing with you guys how I healed and moved on from mine. It was such an emotional episode to film, I recorded this episode like 4 times, I kid you not😅 but anyway here goes nothing.

I think it’s brave of me to open up about this, it happens to a lot of us, and we need to start speaking on it, it needs to be normalized, because it’s normal and it’s happening.
