Chriss is the Co-founder and owner of Trident CrossFit in Alexandria, VA. A former Navy SEAL with more than 12 years experience in the SEAL teams and other Special Mission Units.

Throughout his military training as a Navy SEAL and Operator, he was always amassing unique sets of skills to find a Better Way to make him clever, sneaky and quick. He recently competed in the “Primal Quest” 465 mile 10 day adventure race and competed in the "Arrowhead 135” 135-mile human sled pull race.

He is also a coach, Trainer and Mentor for “SEALFIT”. SEALFIT was developed by retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine for the unique and specialized needs of professionals seeking to reach their fullest potential, for first responders, industrial athletes and military forces and life-long warrior-athletes to perform their jobs and come home safely. We all share a need for our minds and bodies to work at peak performance over long periods of time, while maintaining an unconquerable spirit and unwavering mental toughness.
