Four views on the Millennium, namely dispensational premillennialism, historic premillennialism, post-millennialism, and amillennialism, are surveyed. The implications for discipleship are explored.

The vision of Daniel 10-12 continues in this passage, focusing on the reign of Antiochus IV Epiphanes. In this part of Daniel's vision, the details of Antiochus' reign are prophesied, including his conflicts with -the king of the south- - fierce persecution of the Jews. Through the prophecy, we learn about God's sovereignty over His people's suffering, what it means to stand up for God, how Christians should view evil in the world -from now until the end of time-, and how we should live in light of the end.

The glory of God that Moses wanted to behold is manifested in the person of Jesus Christ in the New Covenant- His sinless, perfect life and His substitutionary death on the cross.

We as human beings long for satisfaction, but can never seem to be truly satisfied in our natural state. In this passage, we see how Jesus' interaction with the Samaritan woman shows us that Jesus offers superior satisfaction, Jesus' grace exposes sin, and God is seeking true worshipers. We see the spiritual realities behind lasting satisfaction - such as sin and the heart - and how worship results from a true understanding - experience of God.

As the kangaroo court continues, Paul's self-proclamation of innocence before the accusatory Jewish leaders is rewarded with violence. After Paul apologizes for talking back unknowingly to the High Priest, he brings up a hot-button issue - namely, the resurrection of Jesus - to use the different Jewish party views for his own favor. Once things escalate and Paul is put back in a cell, the Lord comforts Paul with His presence. The remainder of the sermon is dedicated to showing what the presence of God is, and how it emboldens, encourages, and comforts the believer, no matter the situation in life.

Continuing in our series on answering objections to the gospel, here we look at objections against the Biblical view of death and judgment from various worldviews, including- atheist, general theistic, reincarnation, and gospel of inclusion -'Jesus is not the only way'-.

In this graduation speech to the 8th grade students of Manhattan Christian Academy, we see three reasons why graduation should not primarily be about boasting in the students' wisdom, strength, or potential future money-making careers. Rather, graduation should be primarily about boasting that the students know the Lord - for no other knowledge can bring you to God.

In the last lesson, we examined the spirituality, invisibility, wisdom, knowledge, and truthfulness of God. We continue our study of God's communicable attributes by examining the holiness, justice, wrath, grace, mercy, patience, and love of God.

Paul gave his testimony before an angry mob after being captured by the Romans, infuriating the mob even further. He was about to be scourged by the Romans until he revealed that he was a citizen. Knowing that the prophecy concerning him must come true, he prepared to appeal to Caesar so that he could head to Rome. We see how Paul leveraged all that he had in his life for the advancement of the Gospel, and how the Gospel brings about true reconciliation.

The study of the Keswick and Reformational models continues, deepening on matters that affect the Christian. On one side, the Keswick model understands that a person can be saved upon a profession of faith, while Reformational theology holds that a person is saved if there is a true change of heart. While the Keswick theology needs to make a distinction between those who do the will of God -Spiritual Christian- and those who only call themselves Christians -Carnal Christians-, Reformationals hold that a true Christian is only the one who holds Christ as their Lord and Savior. However, Reformational theology often overlooks the fact that the Christian can increase their experience of God even here on Earth, in terms such as- joy, love and holiness.
