This year has hands down been the most transformational year of my life. Between giving birth to my son in a birthing center, to quitting my job and starting my business I've been hearing the phrase: "I don't know who you are anymore". The reality is, they don't. Because up until now I didn't know who I was. 

2018 has been about letting go of everything that isn't me. It has been about letting go of everybody's expectation of me. It's been about finally listening to that inner knowing, and letting that guide me. 

2018 has been the best year of my life and I cannot wait to see what 2019 has in store for me.

Lindsay tells us her story of how she went from climbing the corporate ladder and hating her job to becoming a coach full time last February. She opens up about toxic relationships and what she needed to do to heal herself through those times. 

Lindsay gives tangible advice on how you can improve your relationship with your self, and how you can learn to connect to your higher self so you can finally step into the woman you were meant to be.

Someone sent me a DM on Instagram asking if I could do an episode about whether or not you should work at a job you don't necessarily like that has higher pay or take a job you love with less pay.

So to me, this is kind of a no brainer. But to some, this could be a difficult decision to make. I am a firm believer that we are here for a greater purpose, and that you being alive at this moment in time is no accident. I don't think we are meant to spend the majority of our time doing things that don't make us happy. Yes money is amazing, yes I think we can all agree that we'd all like more of it but it isn't everything. Happiness, passion, living in your zone of genius is all more important than some imaginary thing (money) that we have given value.

BUT. I honestly do believe that if we are living in our zone of genius, if we do use the skills and abilities we were given and find the right mentor or guidance we can turn our passion into money...and a lot of it.

All of the most successful people I follow seem to be doing just that. They are fully aware of their abilities, and their flaws and they have figured out how to use them in a way that is serving people in a BIG way.

Not gonna lie guys, this episode is a little all over the place. I've been realizing that I still haven't been showing up as authentically as I'd like and so today this episode is all about being real, honest and speaking your truth. I truly believe that if we aren't true to ourselves, higher selves, our soul ultimately we will never be happy and we may even have certain things manifest in our life like sickness, depression, etc

I think I hear about finding work life balance on the daily, but the reality is I don't know that it exists. I mean maybe it does, but not when you're a mom, wife, entrepreneur, friend, daughter, gym goer, etc. What I've realized is it's less about actual balance and more about giving your best to every situation. Meaning, you're doing/giving your best when you are with your kids, husband, friends. You're present, in the moment and doing your best in every situation. Only once you show up as your best self will you be able to feel accomplished at the end of every day.

What is it and how do you get more of it?

In this episode I go over all of the different tips and tools I use to become more disciplined in my day to day life.

The reality is, there are so many people who wish they were successful and accomplishing more and yet they're not. Why is that? It's because they are lacking the discipline to get things long after the motivation is gone.

This is the one thing that differentiates people who achieve their goals and people who don't.
