Portia Rowland was gunned down in the driveway of her Illinois home this month, just days before her 33rd birthday. Portia had been dating a woman named Sarah Shafer, who was in the process of divorcing her husband. Police say Sammy Shafer Jr. hired two men to kill Portia.
