There are times where we find ourselves in situations that we did not plan. Sometimes it turns out great and sometimes not so great. What about decisions that we have made that took us on a different path far from what we intended our life to be and now, we’re not happy with the results? We’re going to learn how God responds to people whose plans have gone wrong in their eyes.

Our daily routine has a tendency to drain us and zap our strength. We struggle just to make ends meet with only an adequate amount of strength to get through the day. What do we do when our strength has diminished to nothing? Where do we find new strength? We’re going to learn how we can find new strength and how it can help us to excel in life.

Jesus said that He has come “That we might have life and life abundantly!” In other words He is saying that there is a way for us to live a blessed life. We’re going to learn what Jesus meant to live a blessed life and how we can apply it in our daily life.

We are created in such a way that enables us to do great things. God gives us three “gauges” to help us know when something in our life is out of balance. We’re going to look at those three areas; our Spiritual gauge, Emotional gauge and our Physical gauge to help us understand what makes us operate at optimal potential.We can begin with God in all of these areas. The bible says that physical exercise has some value…I want some of that value.

As I prayed for our Church for 2012, God spoke that this would be our year of Purpose. Every ministry and person will be blessed as we obey Him in who we are called to be as Christians and as New Hope Hilo Hawaii. We’re going to learn how we can live each day on purpose as a Church as well as in our personal lives, and why it’s important to do so.

We all make mistakes from time to time, or even have relational issues, some have financial problems and major setbacks. Some are battling moral issues or made decisions you’re so ashamed of that you hope no one finds out. Regardless of what has happened in the past, God is able to give you a fresh start. We’re going to learn how to have a fresh start.
