Christmas is one of the Holidays many people look forward to. How do we enjoy Christmas together as family? What if you don’t have family? What if this is the first Christmas without a loved one? We’re going to learn from the lives of Mary and Joseph how to enjoy Christmas together and how the simple things we do today will reap extraordinary results in the years to come.

Although Christ wasn’t born exactly on December 25th; we celebrate the person, not the day. Celebrating the birth of Christ has worldwide impact. We’re going to learn why we celebrate the birth of Jesus and how a simple act of a gift, changed the history of mankind.

From budget cuts to global financial crisis, from family disputes and arguing to warring nations, from relational disasters to national and world wide disasters, we can almost come to the conclusion that there is no more hope left in this world. We’re going to learn how religion will not save us, but a person by the name of Jesus Christ, who came humbly on a donkeys colt and also how we as His people can spread hope to a hopeless society.

We have the best technological tools to help us save time. But for some reason, we don’t have enough time to do everything we want. We’re going to learn how to simplify our time so that we don’t have a life filled with “doing” things, but rather “being” who God made me to be.

It’s amazing what a simple thank you can do. We’re going to learn how to get back to the basics of simple acts of being thankful and apply it in our marriage, family, relationships, workplace and community.

When we are able to be faithful in the little, then we can be faithful with much. If we are unfaithful in the little, we will be unfaithful with much. We’re going to learn the principle behind being faithful and how even the little we are faithful in, because of His Spirit, cause extraordinary results.

Jealousy is defined as: feeling resentment against someone because of that person’s rivalry, success, or advantages. We hate to admit it, but we all struggle with some form of jealousy. The question is not if we become jealous from time to time, the question is how do I deal with it and will it ever go away. We’re going to learn how to be more like Jesus when others succeed.

Jesus says that we are the “light of the world.” If that is true, are we shining His light everywhere we go? Our work environments pose many challenges, many times toward our faith. We’re going to learn how we can be people who bring God to work and shine His light.

Guilt is the one thing that we can’t get rid of. Jesus made a way for us to live guilt free, not so that we can repeat the reasons why we feel guilty in the first place, but so that we can excel and live an extraordinary life. We’re going to learn how Jesus heals the guilt that has made its home in our hearts.
