The worst example of this lawlessness in high places can be found in New Bergen, New Jersey, where the police chief, who decides if NJ residents in his city are morally qualified to own and carry guns, has repeatedly committed foul deeds against the officers under him, including defecating on the floor in front of the entire office staff, scraping fluids from his undergarments onto other, shaving his hair all over the lunches of other officers (as well as on them), and even assaulting one officer with a hypodermic syringe....in the man's penis.
