The ANC, Patriotic Alliance and Minority Parties coalition in the City of Johannesburg will strengthen, rather than destabilise the local authority. This is according to  ANC Gauteng Chairperson Panyaza Lesufi while briefing the media alongside the coalition partners and the newly elected executive mayor of the City of Johannesburg Thapelo Amad.
