There are Battles I face battles you face and its hard to know how to win but the truth is it comes from heart if you want to win. It comes from Heart which pushes your arms, which pushed your legs, which pushes your mind, mental. You really can become great, you can become a warrior but it starts with the heart. You can do whatever you set your mind too. "You can". I want you to try to remember every accoplishment you have ever achieved. What I believe is strength comes from God, your heart comes from God he made that heart and strengthens it. ------------------------------------------------- What I was talking about when I said im facing the Unknown was that when you guys #1 are facing the unknown remember strength comes from the heart which I believe comes from God. #2. What I am facing is Brain Damage after 8 concussions their is a part in my brain a lobe that is damaged and what has gotten me through is God I firmly believe that and my strength in my heart came from God. That is what I believe. That is what keeps me going. I may be facing an unknown situation but I know I can win it💪🏻.

I really want to share with you the difference between hearing someone and just the sound. Vs Listening and focusing on what they said and process what that person said.
