I've found myself saying, "Don't leave money on the table." I'll explain what that means to me and how I'm trying hard to take my own advice.
Also, I've been saying that sellers are preferable to buyers, even though I haven't had any yet. I had a couple of recent experiences that helped me see that buyers aren't that bad after all.
In this episode of New Real Estate Agent mindset, we are going to answer a listener's question about how to decide on content. It is very easy to have an unfocused message that wanders. In my humble opinion, you want to identify the target audience and craft a message or story that resonates directly with their story!
This episode is all about getting started as a new real estate agent. A listener recently asked me how a new agent should get started. Welcome to 2021 friends! In this episode, we introduce you to the book by Don Miguel Ruiz, called "The Four Agreements." The author is from the Toltec lineage and his book, in my humble opinion, is hands down, the best book for people looking to embrace a new mindset.
I am very excited to start talking about his ideas and how they can help new and existing real estate agents find more clients, have more successful interactions with others and generally find peace and contentment.
This episode is all about goal setting for the new year. Typically, we make annual or yearly goals at this time of year. However, I recently came across a different idea that I believe has a lot of merits.
