What does it look like to be bold as a follower of Jesus? Christian boldness is often portrayed as picking up a bullhorn to yell at people, handing out a gospel tract or gain to a foreign country. But what if the boldest thing you can do is live a fascinating life?

We live in a world of isolation and exclusion, but is this the way the world has to be? Every Sunday God invites us to the communion table where the walls of isolation and exclusion begin to come down. What if reconciliation could begin with a simple meal?

Whatever fills your life, will flow out of your life.

The church should not be an oasis of splendid isolation, but left to our own devices we naturally gravitate to this. Jesus' church is called to be a community of tension in a world of conflict. That's how it started and, to be everything it's supposed to be, we need to embrace that calling or quit.

What does it mean to be transformed? More than something we do, it's something tat God does in and through us. Today we'll learn how true transformation comes when we yield to and obey the Holy Spirit.

Acts: 2:42-47

After Jesus conquered death he invited his first followers into a new story: a revolution of living, being and thinking that makes a powerful, beautiful and faithful life possible. That revolution is still available. Today we will make strides to rediscover the most basic and profound elements of this revolution.

"He is risen! He is risen indeed" And if Jesus is risen, then even the worst thing is never the last thing.
