This week, we conclude our five-week look at The Last Dance, which is the documentary series profiling Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls dynasty as they head into their last season. For the past couple of weeks, we've broken down the key happenings and historical events from the two episodes with a brand new guest. On this week's episode we are joined by Yahoo Sports Journalist Seerat Sohi to chat about Episodes 9 and 10. We talk about the effect that this docuseries will have on Jordan's legacy, PIZZAGATE, as well as which other sports figures/topics we'd love to see covered in a similar fashion.

And then, we turn our attention to super production duo The Neptunes. Pharrell and Chad resurfaced this week with a collaboration with Deadmau5; and to celebrate this Nav is joined by podcast host Melissa Haughton to break down their top 5 favourite Neptunes productions EVER!

We talk about Jordan's tenure as a baseball player, the role Scottie Pippen played on the Bulls after Jordan left, Jordan as a teammate and what his actions can teach people when it comes to leadership, and lastly, superstition in sports.

Then, we are joined by music journalist Natalie Harmsen (Exclaim! & BeatRoute) to talk about Bryan Adams and his controversial Instagram post which was considered racist and xenophobic. We explore the validity of this, and whether this will have an impact on his long-tenured career. We also discuss how this further exposes an ugly under-belly of racism/xenophobia that's existed in Canada for quite some time.

We talk to Parveen about this initiative, how it started and how he's continuing it during this pandemic. He also shares a theory on what corporate social responsibility will look like post COVID-19

We got a mix of everything on this week's episode of New Theory Radio.

Host Nav Nanwa welcomes Bianca and Maliha from youth organization STAY WOKE. They were recipients of grant funding through the Access Charity Bright Ideas pitch competition - with the group’s mission being around intersecting social/global issues with creative mediums. The three of them talk about what it means to be woke, while both Bianca and Maliha share a theory on the role youth engagement can play within this current pandemic.

Then, Nav digs deep into the New Theory Radio hard drive archives and shares two unreleased interviews/discussions:

The first is with Entrepreneur/Dragon's Den TV show personality Manjit Minhas. Manjit is the founder of the Alberta-based Minhas Breweries, and in this interview she share's some advice to entrepreneurs who are thinking about entering an established market/category.

The second is a fireside conversation Nav had with electronic music group kLoX. The group consists of NTR alum Gurpreet 'The Tabla Guy' Chana and producer Robert Mason. kLoX can be described as modulated Tabla and electronically processed Violin melodically uniting during a live PA performance. Both Gurpreet and Robert share perspectives on the disruption that takes place when mixing technology in with traditional musical instruments, and why this is the future.

Both of these conversations are great for anyone looking to be inspired during these trying times.
