Talk Talent To Me

New Western VP of TA Rahul Yodh

Listen Later

Because there usually isn’t a specific revenue amount associated with talent acquisition, it is often viewed as a cost center. However, as today’s guest explains, there is a direct positive revenue impact to each hire that is made in a business, and it is so important that TA leaders make others aware of this fact. Rahul Yodh is the VP of talent acquisition at New Western, a company that operates a marketplace for investors to (quickly) find homes to rehabilitate. After completing his third year of law school, Rahul realized he was on the wrong path and made a decision to pivot to talent acquisition.
