The New York Jets were officially eliminated from Playoff contention in a 32-26 overtime loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 14. Of course, the team's postseason hopes have realistically been gone for well over a month. This latest defeat is a good microcosm of a season gone wrong. The Jets showed they are quite versatile in finding ways to lose. They also showed again that the organization has little structure. On the positive side, the Jets did gets some good contributions from young building blocks.
