During His Career Ralph, helped solve some of NYC's most notorious cases, he effected over 2000 arrests, including over 100 he made OFF-DUTY. Ralph was involved in 15 shootings during his career. He retired in 1984 due to a severe Line Of Duty Injury he suffered.
