"The new integrations done in the law for sexual assault speaks volumes that the previous one did not suffice for the kinds of sexual assault that is done to women and children in our country. Under IPC section 376 amendment, the Punishment for rape pronounced stated that maximum punishment for this grave offence is capital punishment. The punishment varied from imprisonment of the accused for a term which shall not be less than seven years. IPC section 376 has already been discussed and now the latest addition and modified version of these sections are very welcoming. And now after Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana ,Arunachal Pradesh and recently added Uttarkhand approved the provision of capital punishment for those who found guilty, this new integration of sections 376 DA and 376 DB hopefully bring adequate laws and regulations in our country towards the protection of women. But then rape doesn't prevail only with women, men too face these problems. So shouldn't we have a separate law for the protection for them too ? Do let us know what you think..

India’s first original online Netflix original – Sacred Games released in over 197 countries starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan, was severely criticized by the Congress party for its comment on former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. The first being Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmaavat’ which was released after a long-standing controversy over the portrayal of characters. The film originally named "Padmavati" was forced to change its title by rajput karni sena. The Directorate of Higher Education of Maharashtra has decided to distribute Bhagwadgita in 100 colleges that have received the NAAC's A / A + rating. According to this decision, the Higher Education Director of the Mumbai Region has instructed all non-government aided colleges in the city to get the religious book included. Bhagwatgita, Bible or any other form of religious books shouldn't be something that's forced down to your throat. It should be an individual's choice to read whatever he or she wants. The students come with different perspectives that they have internalised while growing up in pluralistic societies. However, It is ridiculous to make a decision without examining what the students themselves think about it. In the introduction of our Constitution, it is declared that India is a secular country. And there is no official religion, And if any ideology is followed by the government, they can not force the citizen to follow what they believe. The Government of India has some responsibilities. Even though the BJP led ruling government, is working with the right wing ideology, however the government should work according to the principle of the Constitution. The education department of our country has been forgotten, ignored and badly treated by the government. And now the decision taken by the Directorate of Higher Education is likely to give rise to the new controversy. Being stuck in a dark underground cave is a childhood nightmare for every kid. On june 23rd 12 boys belonging to the wild boars football team in Thailand along with their coach went adventuring into a cave near the Thai-Myanmar border. But the weather went bad to worse, the rain came down hard and filled the cave with water, trapping all of them behind a kilometers long maze of passages. It took the entire team to complete the rescue within three weeks. Certainly this Thai story had offered more vision of globalisation. The story of this rescue mission had made the whole world fixed, and together the world celebrated as "One" when everyone were rescued. This is a brilliant reminder of a more collective vision, where countries are ready to hold each other's hand when needed, and prosper by collective HOPE and not combat. Cause hope is a good thing, maybe the best thing and No good thing ever dies.

"The Apex Court on 19th April, 2018 has rejected the batch of pleas that sought an independent probe into the mysterious death of CBI Judge BH Loya. Altogether the bench comprising of the Chief Justice of India Dipak Mishra, Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice DY Chardrachud today observed that there is no merit in the case of Loya’s death. As he had met a natural death. There will not be any further probe because that would further doubt the integrity of the supreme court.
