South Island iwi powerhouse Ngai Tahu is heading north for a rare appearance at Waitangi Commemorations this year. Ngai Tahu says it is responding to calls from the late Maori King for kotahitangi or unity. Ngai Tahu leader Edward Ellison joins Guyon.
