Nick Spencer has moved on from Eden Road Wines in Canberra to start his own label, Nick Spencer Wines and he is dedicated to sourcing fruit from Gundagai and Tumbarumba and he chats about the stunning Chardonnay's coming from these regions. Hilltops for Shiraz is another region he knows well.
Nick won the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy in 2009 with his second vintage at Eden Road and things have gone from strength to strength from there.
