Well this is the last of the episodes about covid!  We get the last of our feelings out and we find how we are supposed to go on with life.  I take aim at issues in and outside of Covid and we talk about how respecting each other might be the only things to save us.

I also talk about how there are other real problems going on while we are in the middle of Covid and how we need to pull it together if we really want to get things back on track.

This week it's all about dealing with our Covid feelings.  While we hear a lot of new information some real and some fake we are also trying to figure out what is the right to personally deal with our feeling about this virus.  Now that we in our 30's have to actually be the adults who try and take care of the older and younger generations and we can get frustrated and lonely.  And, what do you do with those kind of feelings??  Does starting a new hobby make this time easier?  Does being forced into a new roll in your life come better to you if you are also baking the perfect sour dough??  Or, should we be talking about how we really feel? We maybe be angry or scared or even feed up and I think we are at the point with states starting to open up that we own these feelings and get them off our chests now before we start to blow up or fall into bigger depressions.  

A side note to everyone.  I have never drank really during an episode before, but I had the bright idea to try to get rid of some wine and I think I ended up a little more tipsy that I thought I would.  So, if it's as noticeable to you has it was to me I just want to say sorry.  I'm sure I'm not the only one have an extra glass of wine these days so I hope you understand.

Well we made it to the third episode in our April makeup series.  Who knew that when I was planing this that I would end up doing these episodes during a  pandemic.  Well, I think some people knew they just didn't let me in on the secret. 

This week we get into branching out into different brands and why that is 100% necessary!  You can't just keep wearing what your mom told you to wear when you were in high school it's time to move on to the big kid world of make up there's a lot out there and I bet you haven't seen half of it yet!  I also talk about independent make up brands and I want to put in here that I forgot to mention Melt Cosmetics and I wish I would have they have great options they are independently owned and I love their pigmentation, so look them up while you are looking up more brands you may not see in the isles while you are shopping.  Also I talk about why I like brands owned by drag queens and why you should be buying their products now.  Also I call out so called drag fans who have never even taken the time to look at the products these companies have to offer.

I made sure to let everyone know what during this time I am going to keep up with episodes that we can listen to and get our minds off what's going on, and if we are talking about Covid we are doing it in a away that gives everyone space to feel free enough to say what they want and keep everyone safe.  So, May will be interesting just wait a few weeks and you will see what I will be cooking up.

This week I'm talking about trying new things.  I gave you guys challenges to try new thing things or to use things that you had at home that you may never use.  Well, I went out and got some new things that I have either forgotten about, hated before, or was scared to try.  As we get older we get stuck in routines that can become a rut and while there's no problem with liking what you like it's really a good idea to shake things up and try something new.

Now I have said many times that it's hard right now to get a hold of a lot of brands that you're used to buying, but if you're just trying something new what does it hurt to use drugstore brands and hey you might find something affordable that you actually like. I also give you tips on how to clean these products when you get home so that you actually use them without fear of getting sick. 

I have to be honest I have loved doing this series and giving you all something else to think about besides being stuck at home or the government or whatever it is that is stressing you out right now.  I'm essential too all the things that you think about I constantly have on my own mind.  I don't want you to think I am ignoring it.  I  just don't see that point in forcing everyone to look fear in the face 24-7 when we all know it's there anyway.

Well it's April guys and that means it's time to talk about something new and this month we are talking about makeup.  No, we are not talking about beauty gurus and we aren't talking about cosmetic companies we are just talking about makeup.  I am going to give you set the up for what's planed for the next month and I have a few fun challenges that we can all try to do with the extra little free time we all have right now.

Hi! I am finishing up fame this week.  I talk about heroes this time and how those are the really famous people in the world.  I get into what my heroes have been and how they affected my life. 

Sadly the second half of this episode is about COVID-19 and at the time I recorded this I was head strong about going on vacation and how it wouldn't hurt anyone but now that's not even an option.  I didn't really want to talk about the virus in this episode, but it seemed like it was something that I needed to do.  I promise this is the last time I will get into it for this long! 

In April I will be doing a series on Makeup and Beauty trends while getting older... I haven't gotten how I am going to do all this worked out yet because it's harder to get some of the supplies that I need, but it's 3 episodes so I will get it worked out.

Mostly I just want to tell you guys to love and take care of each other.  This world needs kindness and I am hoping that the people listening to this choose that option.

March we talk about fame, famous people, and heroes.  But, I thought we should start off talking about what fame is and who we think are famous.  Because, really anyone can be famous!  I also talk a little about what being a fan is and how that can also be complicated now that more celebrities are being exposed for the awful creepos that they are! Then I address that fans can also take their fandom too far and how as much as we would love to be famous none of us would want to put our lives in danger to get there.
