Let the sounds of the night pull away your anxiety. Focus on the soothing sound of nature. Your heart rate slows. Everything is calm and serene.

Why I made this soundscape:

This is what it sounds like in the evening at Uncle Bob’splace out in Arkansas. My parents are out there house-sitting at the moment and recorded this a few nights ago. I hope the night chorus helps them sleep.
