Russia's invasion of the Ukraine has led to massive sanctions and resulted in heavy blows to its economy. It has also led to unprecedented condemnation of Russia's leadership, as well as growing international isolation.

Regardless of the military outcome of the invasion, its aftermath will severely shake Russian diplomatic, trade and business initiatives with potential global partners. This includes the nuclear energy export sector, w hich is the preserve of the Rosatom state energy corporation.

As communication is an integral part of your sex life; the two can’t be separated. If you want your conversation to be productive, you need to approach your partner the right way. Talking about sex is sometimes not easy, but it is essential if you want to have a healthy sexual relationship with your significant other.

Before you have a sex talk, think about what you feel your relationship lacks and where it can be improved. Perhaps you feel that your partner initiates sex less often, which makes you feel undesirable. Your feelings are valid, but you should put your points across in such a way that it doesn’t sound like you’re angry or launching an attack on your partner.

We need to start using our economic power, we must not at all times pretend like we don't have economic power. The economic power in referring to is our ability to buy.

If you want South Africans to dominate the township economy or reclaim to township economy we need to be deliberate in supporting South African businesses. We have the power in our hands and in our pockets, we need to start using that power deliberately and unapologetically to support South African-owned businesses.

A blended family or stepfamily forms when you and your partner make a life together with the children from one or both of your previous relationships. The process of forming a new, blended family can be both a rewarding and challenging experience. While you as parents are likely to approach remarriage and a new family with great joy and expectation, your kids or your new spouse’s kids may not be nearly as excited. They’ll likely feel uncertain about the upcoming changes and how they will affect relationships with their natural parents. They’ll also be worried about living with new stepsiblings, whom they may not know well, or worse, ones they may not even like.

Harm reduction is increasingly becoming the preferred approach when working with substance users as we recognize that abstinence is only one possible goal on a larger, more realistic continuum. However, while many of us know “our politics” around harm reduction, it can be useful to collectively reflect on how we define problem substance use (“addiction”) and build a framework to understand the context of drug and alcohol use in our communities.

Ukraine says Russian shelling preventing evacuation:

• A third round of talks has resulted in small progress on evacuation logistics, Ukraine says.
• Moscow has announced a temporary ceasefire and a plan to evacuate Ukrainians from several cities, mainly to Russia and Belarus.
• Kyiv has rejected the proposal as “immoral” and said Ukrainian citizens should be allowed to evacuate to other parts of Ukraine.
• Previous ceasefire attempts in the south eastern port city of Mariupol collapsed over the weekend.
• Russia’s top diplomat will reportedly meet with his Ukrainian counterpart on Thursday in Turkey.
• The UN has warned that Russia’s invasion has triggered the fasting-growing refugee crisis in Europe since World War II. More than 1.7 million people have fled the conflict.
