A video of Nigerians evicting South Africans out has been doing rounds on Twitter, this did not sit well with a lot if people as they felt that they had no right to throw them out in the streets without giving the three months notice. According to the South African law landlords are not allowed to evict their tenants until a period of three months’ notice is over.
A lot if people had a lot to say about the video as they felt that even though the property belongs to those Nigerians they were abusing their power as landlords. The video was share by a twitter user Lerato Pillay who us well known for standing for the rights of South Africans. She took it to her twitter account and wrote:
“Very disturbing new, Nigerians are currently evicting South African Citizens in Kempton Park, they came with their private Army caring guns and wearing battle jackets”.

According to a recently released report by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and its network of partners, the Covid-19-related economic slowdown failed to put the brakes on climate change drivers and accelerating impacts.
The report, State of the Global Climate 2020, documents indicators of the climate system, including greenhouse gas concentrations, increasing land and ocean temperatures, sea level rise, melting ice and glacier retreat and extreme weather. It also highlights impacts on socio-economic development, migration and displacement, food security and land and marine ecosystems.

Society turns to judge women who date men younger than them, even if it's by 2/3 years. However, for men it is somehow acceptable unless a man is 20+ years older than the partner.

As we reflect on Freedom Day in South Africa, perhaps it is a good time to also think about the idea of financial freedom. Many people consider financial freedom to be something elusive, like winning the lottery. But in reality, it is more achievable than people think – provided you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle and expectations somewhat.
Financial freedom generally means that you have enough money saved to maintain your lifestyle for the rest of your life, without being dependent on a monthly salary. You may choose to keep working, but you have the freedom not to if that suits you better.
