When asked what he thought about a potential matchup against Oprah in 2020, President Trump said that even though he would beat her, he doesn’t believe she will actually run. Former Massachusetts Governor and presidential candidate Mitt Romney is making national headlines once again, as more and more political experts become convinced that he will run to replace Utah Republican Senator Orrin Hatch. Though no formal campaign has been announced, endorsements are already piling up, and most think Romney would easily win. But which version of Mitt Romney would run? Would it be the version who was highly critical of Donald Trump, calling him “a con-man”, “a phony”, and “a fake”? Or would it be the version who, while seeking the Secretary of State position, said that Trump delivers “a message of inclusion and bringing people together”? It seems that every week, the media has a new attack angle to launch against President Trump. A couple of weeks ago we were hearing story after story breaking down the amount of time Trump has spent on a golf course during his first year as President. The #MeToo movement had its manufactured celebration on full display at last night’s Golden Globe awards lambasting the likes of Weinstein and Spacey for their horrid transgressions. But many stars were in the know of their behavior and remained quiet for all these years. A sterling example is how a cadre of actors and directors, although publicly condemning Weinstein, in large numbers have signed a petition to have Polanski released from Swiss custody. The Trump administration ends the Temporary Protected Status for El Salvadorans living in the U.S., which can result in nearly 200,000 people to be deported.
