Question: I've heard it said, specifically from you, that the feeling of guilt after the aveira is often worse than the aveira itself. Can you please explain?
Moshe Rabbeinu was not allowed to enter into Eretz Yisrael but he was allowed to look upon the Land. Why is this significant? Why does it matter to us today if Moshe Rabbeinu was allowed to see Eretz Yisrael but was not allowed to enter? In this shiur, Rav bUrg teaches us the value of seeing Eretz Yisrael and longing for the geula.
The two greatest Yomim Tovim of the year are Yom Kippur and Tu B'Av. The Gemara says that Tu B'Av is even greater than Yom Kippur. What makes Tu B'Av so special. Most of us don't even know what Tu B'Av is all about. In this shiur, delivered in Michlelet NCSY, Rav Burg explains the inner meaning of Tu B'Av and how we restore light into the darkness.
7 days after Tisha B'Av we are expected to move beyond the pain of the destruction of the Beis Hamikdash but how can we move on in such a broken world? Though Chazal tell us that Tu B'Av is one of the most important days in the Jewish calendar, the message of Tu B'Av is often overlooked. Learn the deeper meaning of Tu B'Av and be consoled for all that we have lost.

Question: I hear a lot about working on oneself- I often get inspired to "do something about it," sit down and do a little cheshbon hanefesh, but don't really know what to do after that. Can Rebbi give practical steps for how exactly to work on/change a Middah? E.g. self-control? I know it's probably an individualized process but in general, what should one do?

Question: What do you do if you thought your husband was more into learning/ valued learning more, and now does not take as much time and is more preoccupied in work and technology. How should I react? How can I encourage my husband to take more time out of his day to be involved with learning. I want my home to filled with Torah and Kedusha, and I want my children iyh to see us valuing Torah and the love of Torah.

Question: Is it possible to fully do teshuva without regretting what you did wrong? For example if you did something wrong but that helps you to appreciate why it was wrong now more than before you did the aveira. And you haven’t done the aveira since! How do we do complete teshuva ?
We are in so much pain. We have no idea how to express that pain. We need words to express our pain so we can truly feel it. Only then can we have hope.
