'NKNOWN

Hi guys! Not sure if this needs a light trigger warning but I’ll place one just in case as this episode deals with minor and vague discussions of trauma. If you are in a sensitive space right now, I urge you to save this episode for another week! Apart from that, this episode is meant to provide encouragement. You are not alone. You are not defined by what happened to you in your past. I know many of us don’t hear that often enough, so I’m here to say it to you, and I’ll say it over and over again…why? Because when I say it to those who suffer a million times, it feels like I’m saying it to the younger version of myself.

Allow yourself to be at ease

Unfortunately my web browser isn’t popping up to download the episode to include anything fun this time! We just get some plain ol’ audio today!

Sorry for the late upload! :)
