I know it’s an annoying eye rolling topic for some, but I promise it’s not what you think

Jumping up at every small upset. Letting your emotions rule you….we’ve been there….but it’s not the most constructive

I know I know I KNOW….but hear me out…

We’ve all had it before with people we already didn’t like. What happens when you get the ick over someone you had a previously toxic relationship with? I can tell you this: it’s pretty freeing.

Seems pretty self explanatory, and pretty logical, but I feel we’ve all at one point or another had expectations for change in someone else we loved

Choosing a person for YOU comes with balance, and no resistance. This isn’t a test, this isn’t supposed to be the hardest decision of your life….let yourself find that person with ease. Don’t swim up stream and stay away from the extremes!

Understanding or trying to understand where it may come from, is going to help you understand how to counteract and overcome your anxiety. Something about the explanation of things helps the mind consciously understand why a reaction occurs
