Union minister Anantkumar Hegde apologised in Parliament amid protests over his comment that his party, the BJP, will "soon change the Constitution". Abhinandan Sekhri, Manisha Pande, Anand Vardhan, Atul Chaurasia and Raman Kirpal dissect his comment and also address the ongoing tension between Islamabad and New Delhi over the meeting of Kulbhushan Jadhav with his family. Abhinandan tries to find some similarities between the Pakistani and Indian media, while Raman sheds some light on the 2G scam and shares his experience when he went to cover the fodder scam case of Lalu Prasad Yadav. They also talk about the Adarsh scam and Maharashtra's former CM Ashok Chavan. Lastly, they talk about south Indian politics and how Jayalalitha’s video triggered a controversy just before the RK Nagar bypoll. Listen up, there are two song dedications in the end too - one for our dear subscriber “Womaniya” and the other is a tribute to Mirza Ghalib.

Newslaundry reporter Amit Bhardwaj is back from covering the Gujarat elections. He shares his experience covering the results and how the BJP delayed celebrations as the contest turned out to be tougher than previous elections. Abhinandan Sekhri, Manisha Pande, Anand Ranganathan and Newslaundry executive editor Vikram Kilpady discuss the #2GVerdict and how it has changed the body language of people like A. Raja and Kapil Sibal. The panel also talks about how the verdict may impact the politics in the future. Abhinandan Sekhri speaks on NDTV layoffs and slams people who evince happiness when people who they dislike, lose their jobs. He links it to the psychology that when hate takes over a person's mind, he/she becomes heartless. Anand Ranganathan has an interesting counter to that perspective. Manisha jumps in the discussion targeting the meaninglessness of Left media on this issue. At last, Amit talks about PM Modi's Vikas slogan during the Gujarat election and an interesting conversation he had with a senior journalist when he went to the ground. Listen up, there is a song dedication for acquitted A. Raja in the end too.
