The panel also discusses the limited coverage given to the rape and murder of a minor girl in Jammu's Kathua city as well as the arrest of two journalists in Kerela's Ernakulam. The journalists, who were covering a protest led by Dalits, were arrested by the state police for allegedly "obstructing their duty".  But that's not all.
