The Government is shutdown, again; Host Ryan Wrecker discusses the shutdown including allegations that Democratic Senator Mark Warner texted with a Russian oligarch lobbyist in an effort to contact dossier author Christopher Steele. 

Host Ryan Wrecker begins the hour with something good.  This morning Ryan talks about the Saint Louis Blues efforts to bring the NHL All Star Game to Saint Louis in 2020.  After that, Ryan discusses the consequences of a teacher in Alabama who is arguing in court that the states’ age of consent (16) allows her to have sex with her students.  Ryan wants to know what do you do when your child’s daycare abuses your child?  He shares a story of a parent who says the daycare waxed their child’s eyebrows.  Many of you called in to share your stories of your kids and their childcare providers.  Ryan takes your calls as he rounds out the hour.

Mardi Gras is upon us and host Ryan Wrecker shares the do’s and don’ts of this year’s festivities.  Ryan then asks Producer Ben if Packi’s are a thing here.  This garners calls from lots of people sharing where you can find them for sale.  After that, Ryan talks with Dr. Ilene Rosen, the President of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, about the importance of getting restful sleep.  Finally, ending the hour Ryan visits the House of Representatives LIVE as they debate the latest amendments to the budget bill that the Senate passed.

Host Ryan Wrecker opens tonight’s show asking for advice on where to take his wife on their date-night this weekend. Michael Calhoun of KMOX News then joins Wrecker to discuss the 10-year anniversary of the Kirkwood City Council shooting.
