It’s always a good day when we get to talk tour our friend Lajon Witherspoon, from the Grammy-nominated band SEVENDUST…not only because he’s phenomenal singer/frontman…but also because, if you follow him on social media you know, that he’s an amazingly good  human being. A devoted father and husband who is thankful for all of the success he has achieved.

And now that the band has rolled into KC tonight, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album “Animosity” by playing it in its entirety LIVE at the Truman, it was time to get Lajon on the phone to see what’s goin’ on in his world!!

And now, she’s hosting the 3rd season of her MeTV show, “Collector’s Call”, exploring the world of rabid collectors of everything under the sun…and, those folks out-nerd us nerds like nobody’s business!!!

We’ve been big fans of comedian Frank Calideno since his days on FOX’s “MadTV”…and he’s one of the best impressionists in the business! From his legendary take on John Madden, to Morgan Freeman, Robin Williams, and tons of sports personalities!!
And now he’s headin’ back out on the road for some dates, one of which is nearby at the Prairie Band Casino on April 7th!!
We caught up with him this morning and, as always, it was hard to keep up!!

Dr. Mayor stopped by to talk about the new season of the Travel Channel series, “Expedition Bigfoot”…and damned if we aren’t a little more inclined to believe!!!
