As we are only 4 days away from election day Brian, Kristin and Steve discuss final thoughts going into the weekend. They chat about their predictions and pressures at the polls from spouses to vote a certain way, as well as the gender gap between how men and women are voting. They then discuss the general “outrage fest" on both sides, that's clouding our digital media. Then they talk about the role of women within this election and Trump’s remarks on protecting women.

According to the American Psychological Association's August Stress Management Report 7 out of 10 people list politics as their leading cause of stress. Dr. Shilagh Mirgain, Psychologist at UW-Health shares tips and tricks with Kristin and Brian on how to manage your stress in these final days leading up to election day.
