After the Biden Administration updated Title IX’s it’s regulations regarding gender identity and sexual orientation, Moms for Liberty sued based on the new rules. Now some schools are not adhering to the new regulations as they battle it out in court and the organization has complied a list of more than 400 WI schools that are not complying with these changes.
