In this episode, we welcome Danielle Dobson! Danielle is an Author, Speaker, Coach, and Advocate.
As a CPA with extensive 14-year corporate experience, Danielle has covered everything from private practice to multinationals and has lived and worked in 4 countries.
Seven years ago Danielle pivoted from her corporate career to helping working mothers find more freedom and fulfillment through coaching in wellbeing.
This change came on the heels of identifying the high level of stress and overwhelm experienced by working mothers - including herself. She quickly learned other factors were holding professional women - especially those in high-pressure roles - back from having the lives they want.
Danielle interviewed 50+ women (and a few good men) in leadership positions across a diverse range of industries to find what works in helping women use what they already have to get what they want, which she writes about in her book, “Breaking the Gender Code.”
Now Danielle uses her body of work as she helps women break free from the Gender Code holding them back. She also helps organizations understand the impact of the Gender Code in their business.
Danielle says, “We don't have to accept the status quo and the negative impacts of the Gender Code. We can write and execute our own code by reprioritizing what is most important.”

On today's podcast, we’re joined by Melissa Snow. Melissa is a Certified Life Coach who helps women improve their relationships, starting with the one they have with themselves.
She is an international speaker and the author of “Ten Secrets to Having the Love You Want.” She is a frequent contributor on Bustle and MindBodyGreen and has been featured on multiple podcasts including Embracing Intensity, Journey of Hope, Dare to Be Authentic and Build a Life After Loss.
Melissa is passionate about helping women learn to love and value themselves, so they don’t have to rely on other people to show them their worth.
Melissa now strives to let women know:
● That their life’s story does not define who they are
● What they are facing in life, it is never too late to change how your story ends
● Who you become in the "after" part of your story and whatever limits you put on that are entirely up to you
When we touched on the topic of networking events, she shared that she is an introvert. However, she compared an event to a relationship when she said, "If you want to show up in your relationship with authenticity and honesty and integrity, then you have to do the work on your own thoughts and your own emotions to show up in your relationship as a person with honesty and integrity and authenticity. And that can only come from you."
In this episode you'll hear how...:
● Melissa overcame the label that brought with it limiting beliefs
● How improving relationships doesn’t have to be hard and
● how you can obtain a free copy of her new book, "Ten Secrets to Having the Love You Want."

Let me ask you to imagine something with me:
● You are working for a prestigious company in your dream job.
● You live on the east coast (NYC) with everything that is unique and wonderful.
● You take a solo vacation to the west coast (San Diego) and love it. Easy to imagine. (The great weather, ocean, beaches, communities)

without knowing a single soul.
Can you envision that for yourself?

On today's podcast, we’re joined by Judi Miller.
Have you ever experienced the feeling that an intelligence greater than yourself is guiding you forward to your destiny or fate? Do you ever wonder at the synchronicities that fall into place like the pieces of a puzzle?
I have, and I do.
And, that’s exactly what happened to our guest, Judi Miller one Good Friday, sitting in church, with her family, with the choir singing.
An otherwise-normal Good Friday service one moment, that is until she was overcome by her experience of the powerful, divine, joyful experience of connection. A connection that transcended this world.
But that’s not where her story begins.
And not where it ends, either.
Judi was a successful CPA and corporate finance executive, who unknown to her co-workers, lived in terror of the night, and the possibility of sexual assault. Although happily married with children, her fears made life a modern-day nightmare, but worse - she had no idea why?
There was nothing in her own personal background that would warrant her near-constant state of fear.
And then the Good Friday experience … orchestrated by unseen hands.
In this episode, you'll hear how Judi’s journey...:
We'll talk about what she learned as she:
