The three amigos continue their streak of terrific guests with Ahsohn Williams (Ahsohn the DJ, Carl Calls his Cousin, The Weekly Regular) to discuss Top Chef Season 18, Episode 4 - "Thrown for a Loop". We learn that a DJ is basically a music chef, re-learn that you never make risotto on Top Chef (even if you call it something Ohio-y), and that food is pretty ok without vegetables as long as you fully cook everything.
