Ajahn Anan will be conducting an 8-Days Virtual Retreat via Zoom, on 6th - 13th March 2021. The daily programme is scheduled from 5am to 9.30pm (Bangkok, GMT+7), and includes daily sitting/walking meditation, Dhamma talks and QnA sessions. This retreat will be conducted in both Thai and English, and welcomes those who are not able to commit to all sessions due to time zone differences, work commitments, etc.
