  • Episode 38: It's almost Christmas!!

Hey everyone! In this week's episode , I chat about not being nearly done with Christmas shopping, and a  conversation I had on a podcast that really resonated with me on why it's important for us to remember that others don't owe us their forgiveness.

I hope you all have a great week! Thanks for listening!

  • Episode 36: Mayra Barragan-O'Brien
Mayra graduated from California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB) with a Masters of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. As an undocumented therapist, she has created a space to help immigrant and underrepresented communities and offers resources and workshops -among other things- for anyone who needs it. Speaking with her put a lot of things in perspective for me and I walked away from this conversation feeling so grateful that people like her use their platforms and voices to advocate for those who sometimes struggle to use their own.
    Thanks for listening!!

  • Episode 35: What kind of magic is this?!!

    Hello, friends

I've decided that I will be adding some solo episodes to the podcast because I just have so much to share with you all. I'll continue to have guests on here as well, but today I am sharing my first solo episode and I tell you all about the magical little herb I've been taking. Haritaki, is known as the king of herbs, or a super-herb, that has a multitude of health benefits. It has been God sent for me and has played an important role in managing some of my ADHD symptoms. As always, thank you for listening!!!

*I am not a professional so please be sure to check with a medical professional before you incorporate any supplements or herbs to your daily routine.

  • Episode 32: Lea
I had the pleasure of sharing with Lea on this episode of the podcast. Lea is a mother, sister, friend, artist, teacher, encourager, advocate, and lover of people. She is loved and appreciated by so many, myself included, because she is a person who truly takes in all of life's beautiful moments and has such a way to make everyone around her feel loved and cared for. On the episode, Lea shares with me the journey she's been on for some years now, and tells me what is felt like to navigate unknown waters as she struggled to find out why her body was suddenly so sick, the challenges of getting a diagnosis, and the work she had to do in order to begin her healing process. Ultimately, through leaps of faith and unlearning of old belief systems, she trusted herself and became comfortable with what she wanted out of life for herself. I can't wait for you all to listen in on this conversation because it did so much for my soul, and I'm sure it will touch yours too.

  • Episode 31: Zoyla Fierro
Hey everyone! I had the pleasure of holding a really beautiful conversation with Zoyla around healing through the understanding of our own mortality. We talked about letting go of the past, embracing the future but not at the expense of not being present in the moment. There was talk about energy, shifting memories, releasing pain of generational traumas; we talked about it all!!
After years of denying her gift of guiding others through pain and helping them find healing by letting go of their past; Zoyla is finally at a place where she is fully embracing her calling and is excited and committed to help others within our community. I was so excited to hear about her experiences and her wish to help anyone willing to make a positive change in their life. I hope you all find meaning in all we shared and if you, or anyone you know, would like to work with Zoyla; please feel free to reach out to her anytime!
