I swear I didnt realise how much of my stress, misery was self imposed thinking it was from other people. Well it was kind of but I have a choice as to whether I continue to internalise. Perfectionism is a coping mechanism, for so many things that happened to us & just knowing that shows up in different way is enough to realise that we can choose to let it control us or not! There his so much power in KNOWING that you have a choice! I hope this helps someone else!!

I realised something by accident. I started to leave gaps/ space in my diary just to give myself a chance to have rest in between projects & bookings & to give myself time to create for the fun of it.
