The latest tragedies we've lived through together had to do with the power of the ocean, and the outcome of the choices people make. One tragedy has caught everyone's attention and the other tragedy hasn't received the same attention. This week we've been submerged in the search for Oceangate's Titan where 5 wealthy men paid and signed their life away to explore the deepest part of the ocean to gaze upon the historic Titanic. Then, we've been rocking back and forth wondering why 700+ refugees lost at sea traveling from Libya to Greece aren't receiving the same type of search effort. Both situations cost people their life in search of a better life either for others or themselves.

When the month of June hits everyone begins to prepare for summer and/or all the music festivals as well as the rainbow flag ceremonies for LGBTQIA+ Pride Month are found waving throughout our nation. Do our political parties ignite the fiery conversations around the camp fire or does it start with what's happening in society? However, it gets us here. We're here and we need to discuss LGBTQIA+ issues for an understanding of what our children, friends, family, peers and colleagues are experiencing in every community from school to the home. The next few episodes will be exploring the following topics we've been hearing about: gender identity, pronouns, religion and sexuality, indoctrinating children, drag shows, parental rights, pride parades, corporate inclusivity, woke ideology, civil liberties, book bans and much more. These are heavy topics so come with an open and peaceful mind. Everyone's stance and beliefs are somewhere between mind your business and you keep it to yourself.

We all love technology, and we think it's keeping us connected, but in fact it's taking away the in-person connection that all humans have needed since the beginning of time. The infrastructure behind NFTs is groundbreaking, and will continue to be developed, but this was the fastest rise and fall I've witnessed in my lifetime with major financial impact on "new money".
