The Sonoma County Grand Jury, a group of concerned

volunteers, serves each year to investigate public complaints and other

concerns they identify about county government.

In its yearly report, the Grand Jury found that the Behavioral Health Division of the county was not only over budget but lacked policies and procedures for fiscal responsibility. Sonoma West Editor Laura Hagar Rush recently wrote about the Grand Jury report. In the second of three “reporter’s notebook” debriefs, she told KRCB News Director Steve Mencher about the Grand Jury’s findings and recommendations concerning Behavioral Health.

the community. On Sunday night, Conductor Francesco Lecce-Chong will be leading

the symphony in a free concert featuring a mulit-media presentation of

February’s storm brought massive flooding to the Barlow in
