According to a press release from the Fort Walton Beach Police Department, officers responded to the burglary at a home on Hollywood Boulevard on Nov. 6.As David Starks, who is 49, entered the home through an “open large dog door,” a woman inside was able to lock herself in a bedroom until officers arrived, the release said.Starks admitted to entering the house and taking the guitars, which were located by a backyard fence and returned to the owner.FWBPD reported that Starks was also identified as a suspect in another burglary case, which is being investigated. He was charged with burglary to an occupied structure, the release said.
