17-year-old Australian, Vancouver Sleep Clinic, aka Tim Bettinson. Having only released two songs – the appropriately titled Vapour and the delicate Collaspe – Bettinson found himself supporting London Grammar on their Australian tour, which meant that his fourth ever live show was in front of a thousand people. Unfortunately a mooted support slot with London Grammar in America has been scuppered by antiquated VISA regulations (basically, the band haven't been together long enough or something), but the connection to London Grammar, musically at least, is fairly obvious. New single Flaws – the first release from his forthcoming EP The Winter and premiered here – is all about restraint and minimalism, Bettinson's Bon-Iver-minus-the-smoking-habit vocal floating out over a finger click beat, bubbling electronics and pockets of sun-dappled, meandering guitar riffs.

Ninth Floor Mannequin is Jarrod Pedone. So, Ninth Floor Mannequin has been the drummer, composer, engineer & producer for other bands & directors for years. However,Green & Blue for Blackness is the debut solo release. The whole EP was handled from start to finish by Jarrod while he was in recovery from a nasty accident. Upon waking up, he had some musical skills to resharpen and the time to make the music that played in his head into a reality. Jarrod previously never wanted to be “That drummer who thinks that the band should start doing his songs.” However, in his unusual circumstances, Ninth Floor Mannequin & Green & Blue for Blackness were born. Drawing lyrical inspiration from classic short stories and trying to make the music reflect those stories was a creative and musical challenge. Green & Blue for Blackness and even the name, Ninth Floor Mannequin, were the result.

Joyfield is a Seattle based indie pop band that has been together for 5 years. The band has been told they sound like a mix between Joy Formidable and Metric. Ellie (Vocal/keys), Michael (guitar), and Karris (drums) met in college. In 2013 Joyfield added Sean (bass) and the band has spent the last year reworking their style and developing a new sound. Joyfield has been steadily making a name for themselves and recently won Seattle's Hard Rock Rising 2014 Battle of the Bands. NWP welcomes Bob Nelson is a screenwriter and 2014 nominee for an Academy Award at the 86th Academy Awards for writing Nebraska, which was directed by Alexander Payne. This was Bobs first film screenplay ever, which makes his Academy Award nomination more special.

Nelson was a cast member and writer on the Seattle sketch comedy TV show Almost Live! in the 1990s.

Nelson won the 2014 Independent Spirit Award for Best First Screenplay for Nebraska.

He currently lives on Whidbey Island in Washington

Div and the M.A. in Pastorial Psychology.  Kevin interned in a California State Prison, a drop-in center for street addicts, a juvenile hall and many hospitials in California.
