Sarah Cahn, from Haverford Women's Lacrosse, is here on this episode of "Not A 10" to discuss her personal journey of her own sexuality and what her experience looked like coming out to her family, friends, and community. Sarah also dives into how society and being a part of the lacrosse community impacted her coming out experience and discusses her call to action to the lacrosse world.
Sarah educates us on actions we need to take as a society, and as lacrosse players, to help normalize the LGBTQ+ experience and her hopes that one day coming out will not have to be as hard of a process specifically in a team setting.
Through Sarah's vulnerability, leadership, and strength, she is a role model to the people in the younger generation who need someone to look up to!

!TW!: On this episode of "Not A 10" topics like body image and eating disorders are discussed which may be triggering to some.
Chloe Kunstler is a "Non-diet registered dietitian to be" who focuses on body image, intuitive eating, and mental health. We discuss what intuitive eating is, how social media has played a role in shaping body image, and for my student-athlete friends out there, we also talk about relationship to training and food as an athlete. This episode features such an important topic especially today, and I highly recommend listening to Chloe and all of her insights.

Getting diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer at 19 years old was the craziest journey I have ever been a part of. While getting diagnosed and going through treatment was tough in itself, in this episode I dive into the mental struggle of processing a cancer diagnosis and the mental and physical struggle of making a "comeback" to the sport I love. If you want to hear about listening to your body, knowing when to ask for help, and for a little bit of hope in this world, THIS is the episode for you!
